Koneco Building Services is a contracting company in Florida with possible ties to organized crime.

of Florida was recently hired to paint our property at Wilton Circle
in Sanford Florida. Upon arrival they began sneaking on to tenants
property and removing anything not nailed down.
They
have had the police called on them twice and on one incident a
contractor attempted to assault a home owner with a pressure washer.

contractors would walk on to property very early in the morning and
start speaking as loudly as possible next to residents windows and
porches. They constantly tossed their cigarette butts to the ground and
they can only be described as filthy.
Koneco Building Services
is one of the most criminal elements we have ever encountered and it
has been brought to our attention that a police investigation is
underway in that the contractors broke in to a home and attempted to
disable the air conditioner of a home owner who is terminally ill.
Every resident attempted to work with Koneco Building Services
but the problem is they don't even have a real web site or way to
contact them. You can not get the contractors license number and the
owner will not respond to calls.
The
contractors were instructed by Sanford police that if they had in any
way received another call they would arrest the contractors for embarrassment and possible assault.
We
are working daily to recoup what these people have done. They stole
from the residents and were constantly drinking what smelled like
alcohol but they seemed clever enough to keep the drinks in cups.
The
pictures posted are a good example of what you can expect if you hire
them. They will rob your home owners or business and they will destroy
your property. The work they did was sub standard at best and they
literally would toss the trash everywhere they saw fit.
All evidence to support these claims have been provided to law enforcement.
At this time it must be made clear that the contractors are indeed
actively being investigated for breaking in to homes and possibly even
spying on the women of the neighborhood.
Koneco Building Service's contractors
made the woman of Placid Lakes Town Homes so scared they stopped
walking their dogs and going outside until these contractors were gone.
THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN AFTER THE PROPERTY WAS CLEANED....THAT IS CLEAN FOR THESE CONTRACTORS.
Let
the evidence speak for its self. This company is a criminal element and
should not be in operation. If you suspect they have entered your
property or otherwise assaulted a member of your staff or family please
call 911 right now and make a report, your not the only one.
It
must be made clear that these contractors came in and parked a trailer
with a boot in residents parking spots and literally took the
neighborhood as their own. They used the porta potty as a smoke den and
one of the contractors was even caught on property late one night
sleeping in a company van. It was later confirmed that this person was
actually stealing from residents and a police arrest had been made as
far as this writer knows.
It
is a shame they destroyed our property but this is the price you pay
when a home owner association hires criminals. They did not vet the
contractors and they took the cheapest price they could without even
allowing other contractors to bid. It is a shame because it was a nice
area. It is very very very bad now.
It is up to you to hire Koneco Building Service's, but
please be aware you will be seeing the same things we saw. No company
who does not allow clients to submit an honest review per the website is
a spammer and terrified their reputation will catch up with them.
Protect your property
and life. Consider at least hiring security if you do bring these
people on property because the cops will be called and you will be
liable, not them. You were warned.
